We are currently seeking a versatile Business Analyst with a strong sales orientation.
Responsibilities Sales:
- Reached out to businesses seeking improved administration processes and streamlined workflows.
- Actively engaged in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Identified opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Responsibilities Business Analyst:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document software requirements.
- Evaluate current IT processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with development teams to design and implement software solutions.
- Create user guides and provide training to ensure successful adoption of new software.
Education:
- Bachelor diploma
Skills:
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent client relationship management
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Experience with ERP software
